Daily Encouragement: Proverbs 30:5-6

Writer: Andrew HawkinsAndrew Hawkins

Every Word from God Holds True. However, God had a warning and that warning is to not add to his word. We, as Christians, know that The Book of Mormon does not hold true because it adds to God’s word. When people add to God’s Word, they are found out to be a liar. However, whoever believes in God and believes God’s word is true, he is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.

Proverbs 30:5-6 states,

Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar. Proverbs 30:5‭-‬6 ESV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/pro.30.5-6/3071
